Shipping & Returns: The Casa Commitment

At The Carat Casa, our relationship with you begins long before your jewelry arrives and continues long after. Founded by CEO Dev Bharwad in 2024, our mission is to provide a secure, transparent, and luxury experience for every natural and lab-grown diamond we move.

1. Shipping & Delivery

We treat every shipment with the same care we use to craft our jewelry. Your investment is protected from our door to yours.

  • Fully Insured & Secure: Every order is 100% insured during transit. We take full responsibility for your piece until it is in your hands.
  • Discreet Packaging: To ensure security, our outer shipping boxes are plain and unbranded. There is no mention of "diamonds" or "jewelry" on the exterior.
  • Signature Required: For your protection, an adult signature is strictly required for all deliveries. We do not ship to PO Boxes or leave packages unattended.
  • Crafting Timelines: * In-Stock Items: Shipped within 2–3 business days.
    ○​ Bespoke & Made-to-Order: Please allow 2–3 weeks for our master jewelers to craft and inspect your piece.
  • International Orders: We ship globally. Please note that local customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. The Casa 7-Day Return Policy

We want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process.

  • ​7-Day Window: You may return or exchange your item within 7 days of the delivered date.
  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging, with original tags intact.
  • Documentation: All original laboratory grading reports (GIA, IGI, etc.) must be included.
    Note: A replacement fee ($150–$250) applies for missing certificates.
  • Exclusions: Personalized jewelry, custom-designed (bespoke) pieces, and items resized after purchase are Final Sale and not eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Resize

We make the process simple and secure:

  • Start Online: Log into your [The Carat Casa Account] and visit “My Orders” to request a return label.
  • Complimentary Label: For domestic returns within 7 days, we will email you a Pre-paid, Fully Insured Shipping Label.
  • Pack & Ship: Place the jewelry and all certificates in the original box. Attach the label and drop it off at the designated courier location.
  • Refund Processing: Once our gemologists inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
